Terms & Conditions
Booked excursions are non-refundable unless we cannot provide the service. As we are offering excursions which are mostly depending on weather conditions (such as Paragliding and Boat Tours), we reserve the right to schedule you for another day or time if we cannot make the excursion. There is strictly no refund if you decide to cancel any excursion(s).In case of technical or weather related reasons where we cannot provide the excursion you have the right to either;
- change the date and/or time of your excursion
- let someone else do the excursion on your behalf
- a full refund
Should there be any inconvenience or technical default while you are on an excursion, you must report this immediately to your tour guide. Should you fail to do so, you will have no rights for a refund, either in full or partial.

Price, Payment and voucher issue
These terms apply to all tours and activities and excursions, car rentals and other services provided by DEEP BLUE TRAVEL Co.,Ltd and partner companies.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the Team of DEEP BLUE TRAVEL Co.,Ltd will contact you for authorization.
Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described in the product's description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.
All Tours must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be listed as "Aslı Seher Turizm Ticaret Ltd.Company" on the credit card statement. You will be charged in your currency at the conversion's rate applicable on the date of your booking.
In order for DEEP BLUE TRAVEL Co.,Ltd to provide holiday activities at these very competitive prices, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellations. However, transference of your booking, to other named persons will be accepted, without additional cost, provided we receive at least 10 days written notice.
